What Happened
Kreindler & Kreindler has been retained to pursue a judgment against Iran and terror affiliates for the deadly drone strike carried out at Tower 22 of the Jordanian Defense Network in Rukban, Jordan.
Three United States soldiers were killed in the Sunday, January 28, 2024 attack. Forty additional service members were injured. According to AP News, the base, known as Tower 22, is situated near the demilitarized zone (DMZ) on the border between Jordan and Syria, just 6 miles from the Iraqi border. Rukban is a large, dry area that had once been the location of a refugee camp for displaced Syrians in 2014.
