Overview

Jason’s legal experience includes more than 25 years of litigating hundreds of lawsuits arising from catastrophic incidents involving aviation accidents, product liability and negligence cases.   Jason has earned a reputation as an adept litigator and has been involved in some of the most high-profile cases in the aviation and product liability fields. 

Prior to joining Kreindler & Kreindler, where Jason now seeks justice for those injured and killed through the fault of others, Jason was a partner in the New York office of a national law firm, advising and representing some of the most prestigious component manufacturers in the aviation and aerospace industry. He has litigated cases throughout the United States, Europe and South America.  Additionally, Jason has also handled matters involving commercial litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability, transportation, construction, asbestos and other toxic torts.  

When not practicing law, Jason spent several years coaching basketball, soccer, baseball and softball in his local community.  Jason also serves as the Chairperson for the Water Pollution Control Authority in his hometown.
