Mumbai Terror Attack Suit Filed
- On November 26, 2008, terrorists launched simultaneous attacks in Mumbai, India, injuring and killing several American citizens.

November 26, 2008, terrorists launched simultaneous attacks on numerous sites
in Mumbai, India. The coordinated attacks lasted for days and were carried out
by a small band of well-trained terrorists who targeted locations known to be
frequented by tourists. Amongst the hundreds of dead and injured were several
November 19, 2010, the American victims represented by Kreindler &
Kreindler filed a civil suit in Federal Court in the Eastern District of New
York against the planners and perpetrators of the terrorist attack as well as their
defendants are the Pakistan-based terrorist group, Lashkar e Taiba, and the
Pakistan military intelligence organization, the Inter-Services Intelligence
against terrorists and terror organizations are extremely challenging.
