Kreindler Partner Dan Rose named 2025 Law360 MVP in Transportation Law

Kreindler & Kreindler congratulates Partner Daniel Rose on being chosen as a 2025 LexisNexis Law360 MVP in the field of Transportation Law. Dan was the only U.S. plaintiffs’ attorney selected for the honor in Transportation Law. Dan was the only U.S. plaintiffs’ attorney selected for the honor in Transportation Law. According to Law360, the attorneys awarded have distinguished themselves from their peers by securing significant achievements in high-stakes litigation, complex global matters and record-breaking deals.
Dan’s leadership and commitment to justice for our clients are merited, as he was recently appointed Lead Counsel for all personal injury and wrongful death litigation arising from the 2024 Francis Scott Key Bridge Collapse tragedy. He is currently on the Kreindler legal team representing 34 victims of the 2025 Washington, DC midair collision. Dan has also been appointed to several Plaintiffs’ Executive Committees (PEC), including the PEC, for the Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 Boeing 737 MAX investigation. Dan’s focus is in aviation, maritime and products liability accident litigation, and he is a licensed commercial multi-engine airplane and seaplane pilot with over 3000 hours of total flight time.
