Kreindler has been helping September 11th victims since 2001, and to-date, we have helped 9/11 victims and their families recover more than $4 billion as a result of wrongful death, illness and injuries.

$2.3 millionfor a student at Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. 100% disabled as determined by the Social Security Administration.
$2.1 millionfor a telephone company worker disabled from a Displacement of Lumbar Interveterbal Disc Without Myelopathy.
$2.1 millionfor a construction worker disabled from Asthma and Chronic Airway Obstruction.
$2.0 millionfor an FDNY fireman diagnosed with lung cancer. Disabled.
$1.8 millionfor the family of a deceased resident. Wrongful death claim. Cause of death due to esophageal cancer. Kreindler ensured special attention from the Special Master's Office for the VCF regarding this claim.
$1.6 millionfor an NYPD officer diagnosed with leukemia. SSDI approved.
$1.47 millionfor a construction worker diagnosed with esophageal cancer. He had worked removing debris from the pile.
$1.3 millionfor a heavy equipment mechanic from the Port Authority who was diagnosed with oropharyngeal cancer. 
$1.2 millionfor a Port Authority officer diagnosed with kidney cancer.
$1.2 millionfor a Service Employees International Union, Local 32BJ security guard. He was disabled by pulmonary fibrosis and interstitial lung disease following double lung transplant complications. Our Kreindler VCF team successfully got this award expedited.
