Kreindler Partner Dan Rose Appointed Chairman of AAJ Aviation Law Section
Attorney
Kreindler is proud to announce that partner Dan Rose has been appointed chairman of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Aviation Law Section. The Mission of AAJ is to promote a fair and effective justice system and to support the work of attorneys in their efforts to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America’s courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful interests.
The Aviation Law Section focuses on major air crash litigation. The section studies federal legislation and treaties such as DOHSA, GARA, Warsaw and the Hague to ensure that those injured in air tragedies have avenues of recourse and recovery. The section offers information on all aspects of aircraft accident investigation and reconstruction as well as how to handle aviation suits involving airlines, aircraft manufacturers, aircraft owners/operators as well as the federal government. The section will have its annual meeting, which Mr. Rose will chair, on July 20th to 24th in San Francisco.
