Attorney
Kreindler partner and aviation accident attorney Brian Alexander was featured as the keynote speaker at the annual National Air Disaster Alliance Foundation (NADA) meeting.
NADA is the largest organization of plane crash survivors and victims’ families. NADA has worked diligently over the years to raise the standard of safety, security and survivability for commercial aviation passengers and to support victims’ families.
Kreindler & Kreindler is an official sponsor of NADA.
Mr. Alexander, who is the court-appointed co-liaison counsel for the 9/11 tort litigation pending before Judge Alvin Hellerstein in New York Federal Court, made the case against the airlines and security companies for the hijackings which occurred on September 11th, 2001. The presentation relied solely on documents and other materials available in the public domain, and included many documents which demonstrated the airlines’ pre-9/11 knowledge of the danger of domestic hijackings by terrorists and the use of aircraft as weapons against iconic targets.
