A Better Way Forward . . .

There is a lot going on in our country.  While we battle the spread of the Covid-19 virus, and struggle to return to some semblance of normalcy in our lives and our careers, we find ourselves at a crossroads with respect to racial equality.   As a nation, our eyes have finally been opened to the disparate treatment that people of color experience every single day.

At Kreindler & Kreindler LLP, we are extremely proud of our long history of cultivating not only an inclusive workplace, but one where employees and clients of all races, religions, beliefs, abilities, sexual preferences, gender identities, ages, and political affiliations are treated equally and with respect.  We believe, and have hope, that the movement sweeping the nation will result in better days ahead for our country and our world.

We will continue to stand against racism and injustice. We stand for diversity and inclusion. We stand with people everywhere who yearn for a better way forward.

Tragic Pilatus PC-12 Plane Crash in South Dakota

Kreindler aviation partners are closely monitoring the investigation of a November 30th crash that tragically killed 9 members of a prominent family from Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Kreindler partner Anthony Tarricone has litigated several PC-12 cases, and has uncovered multiple problems with this aircraft. He successfully represented surviving family following the death of 7 family members as the result of a 2009 crash of a Pilatus PC-12 airplane in Butte, Montana. During that case, our investigation uncovered several critical defects with the Pilatus PC-12 aircraft. Additionally, in 2005, Mr. Tarricone and Kreindler partners also successfully represented family members following a Pilatus PC-12 crash near Bellefonte, PA in which 6 people were killed, including the parents and brother of Penn State men's lacrosse team captain.

In addition to the 2005 and 2009 Pilatus cases prosecuted by Kreindler, former miltary pilots and Kreindler partners Brian Alexander, Dan Rose and Justin Green are familiar with multiple cases involving Pilatus aircraft. Through its investigation and prosecution of cases involving Pilatus PC-12 crashes, Kreindler has uncovered issues with the aircraft that were contrary to findings of the NTSB as a result of their investigation.
