Tragic Pilatus PC-12 Plane Crash in South Dakota

Kreindler aviation partners are closely monitoring the investigation of a November 30th crash that tragically killed 9 members of a prominent family from Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Kreindler partner Anthony Tarricone has litigated several PC-12 cases, and has uncovered multiple problems with this aircraft. He successfully represented surviving family following the death of 7 family members as the result of a 2009 crash of a Pilatus PC-12 airplane in Butte, Montana. During that case, our investigation uncovered several critical defects with the Pilatus PC-12 aircraft. Additionally, in 2005, Mr. Tarricone and Kreindler partners also successfully represented family members following a Pilatus PC-12 crash near Bellefonte, PA in which 6 people were killed, including the parents and brother of Penn State men's lacrosse team captain.

In addition to the 2005 and 2009 Pilatus cases prosecuted by Kreindler, former miltary pilots and Kreindler partners Brian Alexander, Dan Rose and Justin Green are familiar with multiple cases involving Pilatus aircraft. Through its investigation and prosecution of cases involving Pilatus PC-12 crashes, Kreindler has uncovered issues with the aircraft that were contrary to findings of the NTSB as a result of their investigation.
