Kreindler Files Multiple Lawsuits vs. Boeing on behalf of families of Ethiopian Flight 302 Crash

Click below to read more about our developing litigation vs. Boeing.
On behalf of the family of humanitarians Carlo Spini and his wife Gabriella Viciani of Sansepolcro, Italy, Kreindler & Kreindler LLP and co-counsel Power Rogers & Smith LLP of Chicago filed a lawsuit against Boeing Company and Rosemount Aerospace. The lawsuit includes allegations not found in previously filed lawsuits - that Boeing failed to activate an important safety feature in the airplane and that Boeing failed to have its MCAS consider flight variables such as the airplane’s airspeed and altitude before triggering and pushing the airplane’s nose down toward the ground.

The families of victims are urged not to accept any preliminary offer of compensation presented to them by Ethiopian Airlines, since families who accept the airline’s initial offer may very well be prohibited from filing any subsequent legal actions against it, and perhaps even Boeing.

Kreindler & Kreindler LLP offers to review correspondence and compensation offers from Ethiopian Airlines or their insurer to family members of crash victims at no charge and with no obligation. We will review the documents and correspondence and provide our legal advice to the family or their representative, free at no charge.
