Singapore Airlines Flight 006: Kreindler & Kreindler LLP Successfully Settles The Personal Injury Cases Of Seven Passengers

The firm has successfully settled the personal injury cases of seven passengers who survived the October 31, 2000 Singapore Airlines Flight 006 crash in Taiwan for an amount totaling more than $15 million dollars.

Partner Brian J. Alexander and Of Counsel Francis G. Fleming wrote and argued the critical briefs on choice of law which led to the application of the more favorable law of the injured passenger's domicile on the issue of compensatory damages. They also took a leading role on the Plaintiffs Executive Committee in charge of the litigation for all of the crash victims.
