September 11 Attacks: Our Firm Has Filed A Civil Lawsuit Seeking $1 Trillion In Damages From Iraq And Other September 11th Terrorist Sponsors
Our firm has filed a civil lawsuit on behalf of over 1,400 victims of the September 11th, 2001 terrorist attacks seeking $1 trillion in damages from Al Qaeda, Iraq, the Sudan, numerous Saudi sponsors and other September 11th terrorist sponsors.
Other law firms who have filed separate terrorism lawsuits in New York have recently consolidated their suits with ours. James P. Kreindler was appointed Plaintiffs' Liaison Counsel by the Court with the consent of the other law firms and our firm continues to lead the terror investigation in New York. Kreindler & Kreindler filed a Consolidated Master Complaint on behalf of those plaintiffs and those law firms.
