EgyptAir Flight 990: Our Firm Was Retained By Families Of 28 Passengers
The firm was retained by the families of 28 passengers aboard EgyptAir Flight 990, which crashed into the Atlantic Ocean. After conducting depositions and brefing the legal issues, we successfully won the agreement of EgyptAir to acknowledge liability to pay full compensatory damages under the Death on the High Seas Act. As a result, the firm was able to negotiate large settlements in most of cases.
We continue to pursue the claims of our remaining clients and closely monitor the NTSB investigation into the cause of the crash. Partners James Kreindler, David Cook and David Beekman are working on the case.
