KAL Flight 801

In January 2000, partner Frank Fleming won the first settlement in this case, which involves the crash of a KAL 747 aircraft on approach to Guam in 1997. The settlement was a breakthrough for the case and has led to negotiations and settlements for the families of other passengers on the flight. The settlement achieved the highest amount recovered for any case in the disaster.
