In January 2000, we won a key decision from a federal court in Washington State federal court denying a motion to dismiss on grounds of inconvenient forum and retaining jurisdiction over this case, which involves the crash of a Boeing 737 in Indonesia. Partner Frank Fleming is handling the case.
