Automotive Product Liability: Kreindler Retained To Represent Paraplegic Victim Of A Rollover Accident

Automotive Product Liability: Kreindler was recently retained to represent a gentlemen from California who became a paraplegic when the Nissan Pathfinder vehicle he was driving rolled over and he was ejected from the vehicle. Kreindler's investigation determined that the vehicle's Takata seatbelt buckle failed during the rollover accident which allowed the driver to be thrown from the vehicle causing his severe injuries. Nissan and Takata are defendants in the lawsuit brought on behalf of the plaintiff.
