Princess Cruise Line Accident
Kreindler & Kreindler has been
retained by the family of eight who sustained physical and emotional
injuries when the Crown Princess listed violently off the coast
of Florida on July 18, 2006. Kreindler is investigating the circumstances
surrounding the incident and focusing, in particular, on whether
Princess Cruise was conducting proper and legal operation while
at sea with passengers on board.
If you, or someone you know, was injured in this incident and you
would like to discuss your legal rights, please contact Daniel
Rose, or call 212-973-3414.
For over half a century, Kreindler has been among the nation's
leading maritime law firms and has represented many cruise line
passengers injured at sea. Many of those passengers were on Princess
Cruise Line vessels and suits on their behalf were brought in Los
Angeles as required by the Princess Cruise Line contract of carriage.
Because Kreindler has a national practice with offices in Los Angeles,
we are particularly well suited to represent passengers from the
New York area and throughout the country.
Kreindler has achieved excellent results for thousands of clients
including a substantial number of multi-million dollar verdicts
and settlements when injuries warranted such recoveries.
