Partners Marc S. Moller and Brian J. Alexander spoke at the 19th Annual Aviation Law and Insurance Symposium sponsored by Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
The conference will be held between January 9-11, 2008 at The Villas of Grand Cypress Golf Resort in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Moller will moderate a panel of leading plaintiff and defense lawyers on January 10, 2008 beginning at 1:30 p.m. The panel is entitled "What Does the Future Hold for Aviation Litigators?" Mr. Alexander will sit on the panel and present his views on the future of aviation litigation.
