New Associate: Dan Nelson joins Kreindler & Kreindler LLP

Kreindler & Kreindler LLP is happy to announce that Dan Nelson has joined the firm as an associate attorney in our New York office. Dan is a highly regarded oralist who has successfully argued appeals before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He was counsel of record in two cases before the U.S. Supreme Court while still in his twenties.
Dan is a 2001 graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder, Colorado, where he won the prestigious Carrigan Cup Mock Trial Competition, the Rothgerber Moot Court Competition, and the Austin W. Scott Jr. Award for Excellence in Oral Argument. He joins Kreindler & Kreindler after several years as a successful aviation attorney at a firm in Colorado. He is a member of the Colorado Bar and is currently awaiting admission in New York.
Dan has written and lectured about various topics relating to aviation law and civil litigation.
Dan is an active member of the American Association for Justice (formerly ATLA) among other professional organizations.
