Kreindler & Kreindler LLP is pleased to announce that Andrew J. Maloney III and Daniel O. Rose have become members of our firm.
Andrew J. Maloney III joined the firm in 1994, having been a Federal prosecutor and law clerk to the Honorable Lloyd F. MacMahon in the Southern District of New York and has litigated numerous air carrier, commuter, military and general aviation cases as well as cases involving complex products liability and general negligence. He earned his law degree from Fordham Law School and Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Massachusetts, and the District of Columbia, before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of Connecticut, the 2nd and 3rd Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court where he argued in 1995, and has litigated cases in numerous states throughout the country.
Daniel O. Rose joined the firm in 1997 and litigates airline, general aviation and military crash cases, as well as other complex products liability and negligence cases. He earned his law degree from Fordham Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree for Binghamton University. He was a United States Naval Aviator from 1986 to 1991 and served in the Persian Gulf. He was a law clerk to the Honorable Paul V. Gadola, United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan. He is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey, and has litigated in numerous states throughout the country.
