Partners Marc S. Moller and Brian J. Alexander were speakers at the 19th Annual Aviation Law and Insurance Symposium sponsored by Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
The conference was held between January 9-11, 2008 at The Villas of Grand Cypress Golf Resort in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Moller was moderator to a panel of leading plaintiff and defense lawyers on January 10, 2008 that began at 1:30 p.m. The panel was entitled "What Does the Future Hold for Aviation Litigators?" Mr. Alexander sat on the panel and presented his views on the future of aviation litigation.
