Kreindler Files Suit Against Greyhound Bus Lines Arising From A Bus Crash In New York State's Adirondack Mountains.

Kreindler & Kreindler LLP has filed a lawsuit against Greyhound Bus Lines arising from a tragic crash in New York State's Adirondack Mountains. On the evening of August 28, 2006, a bus traveling from Albany to Montreal on Interstate-87 lost control and slammed through a guardrail, flipping several times as it rolled down a deep gully. The bus's driver and four passengers were killed in the crash, and many others were seriously injured. Our investigation is focusing on a damaged tire that Greyhound maintenance inspectors failed to notice or correct, but we are also considering operational negligence and design flaws which may have contributed to this terrible accident.

James P. Kreindler and Megan Benett are prosecuting the action.
