As a result of the firms past success representing families in international aviation accident cases around the globe, including throughout Asia, partner Brian J. Alexander was retained to represent a Korean family who lost their son in a military training accident in Korea.
This case was unique because there was no connection whatsoever to the United States.
The family and their counsel sought out Mr. Alexander's for his expertise as a military pilot and his reputation in resolving international legal disputes in any forum. Following several trips to South Korea at the invitation of the ROK AIR FORCE, Mr. Alexander was able to demonstrate certain defects in the aircraft's ejection seat system and cockpit design which led to a successful settlement.
